What Phaenna sells

Services and fees

Engagements run as a ladder. The diagnostic scopes what follows, so build and adoption work is quoted against something specific rather than a guess. All figures are AUD and exclude GST.

01 · The starting point

AI readiness diagnostic

One to two weeks. Interviews with the people who run the work, a review of the processes themselves, and a written assessment naming which workflows AI genuinely improves, which are blocked by risk, governance or data handling, and what order to sequence the work in.

What you get
A written assessment with a ranked, sequenced recommendation, and an estimate for anything worth building.
What it is not
A pitch. The recommendation may be to change a process, buy nothing, or wait. It is yours either way.
Diagnostic tiers
Tier
Scope
Fee

Focused
One team or function. Up to three workflows, up to four interviews.
$5,000

Standard
Two to three teams. Up to eight workflows, up to ten interviews.
$10,000

Organisational
Multiple teams or sites. Up to fifteen workflows, up to eighteen interviews, including a governance and data-handling review.
$15,000

Tiers are set by things countable in a first call, not by a judgement about complexity. That is deliberate. It means the scope of your diagnostic is settled in twenty minutes rather than becoming a project of its own.

02 · Build

Workflow and agent build

The workflows the diagnostic recommends, built and handed over. Defined inputs and outputs, approval stages, human checkpoints, escalation rules, and written guidance your team can maintain without calling anyone.

Fixed fee, from $30,000
Quoted against written acceptance criteria agreed before work starts. Never billed by the day.
Oversight is part of the build
Approved sources, restricted-data handling, review points and evaluation criteria, not a governance document written afterwards.
Support or handover, decided up front
Whether the build comes with ongoing support is decided and priced at quote, so maintenance never becomes an unpaid helpdesk.
Delivered remotely
Build work does not need a room. On-site time is scoped separately when it earns its place.
03 · Adopt

Adoption programme

It runs as a programme rather than a single training day. Baseline pre-work so everyone starts from the same place, workshop days built on the tasks a team is actually accountable for, role-specific templates and prompts, and a follow-up session once people have tried it and hit something.

Priced per cohort
Quoted against headcount and the number of sessions. Prep and custom materials are separate line items, shown on the quote.
Fundamentals pre-work
A tool-agnostic AI fundamentals curriculum, licensed per seat, so workshop days are not spent on the basics.

Afterwards

Advisory retainer

For organisations already partway in. Ongoing design and review as processes change, without opening a new engagement each time.

$3,000 per month

Ten hours a month · A reply within two working days · A standing monthly review · Three months minimum, then 30 days' notice

Hours do not roll over. The retainer reserves availability rather than banking time. Work beyond the cap is billed separately at a rate set in the statement of work.

How fees work

Fixed scope, fixed fee

Every engagement runs under a consulting agreement with a statement of work per project, setting scope, deliverables, fees and timing. Work outside that scope is agreed as a written variation before it happens. Payment terms are 14 days.

A first call settles which diagnostic tier fits. It takes about twenty minutes.
